Sun salutations are the basis of most yoga flow classes. Each can also be a complete practice in and of itself. These 12 to 19 positions linked in a series with breath can lengthen and strengthen, flex and extend many of the main muscles of the body. This is a great class for beginners and for seasoned yogis who want to strengthen their flows with improved movement and alignment.
